Cpl. Calvin B. Spencer Recognized At Staples Center During L.A. Kings Military “Hero Of The Game” 

Cpl. Calvin B. Spencer, co-founder of Bastards American Canteen and a avid fan of the L.A. Kings was recently recognized during a KINGS Military “HERO OF THE GAME” dedication ceremony at Staples Center OCT 18th 2018. 

During the first period of the game, the KINGS recognized Calvin and his accomplishments were noted on the Jumbo-Tron, while fans stood-up and applauded. 

It’s one of the most touching parts of every Kings game that one can’t see on the television broadcast, since it happens during commercial breaks.

Going 5 years strong teaming up with Bastards every Memorial Day, Vet Hunters Project manage to collect over 800+ bags of clothes for homeless veterans in Los Angeles County. Thank you for all the volunteers who participated in the drive, and celebrated Memorial Day with us.

Expansion & Demolition Begins In New Temecula Valley Location

A few months ago, we announced about our management team scouting Temecula for the expansion of Bastards Canteen.  Now, we have found our 2nd home in Temecula Valley off Jefferson Avenue taking over an abandoned Sizzler location.  The Bastards team is hard at work with the demolition to make room for an upgraded restaurant facility with an attached music venue.  We are set for our grand opening in Fall 2017.  Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated!
