With the grand opening of our second location in Temecula, Ca coming soon, world renowned Chef Andrew Gruel, founder of Slapfish Restaurants, stopped by our kitchen to lend a helping hand and trained our staff on how to make some of his delicious hand crafted Lobster menu items! Yes, thats right! We will be serving Slapfish’s popular Lobster Surf & Turf Burger and their infamous Lobster Roll exclusively at our Temecula location.
The Surf & Turf Burger comes with a grilled Wagyu Beef Patty smothered in lobster, cheese & creamy caramelized onion, and a secret sauce. The traditional Lobster Roll is served warm tossed lightly in drawn butter, mayo & lemon. Portion of proceeds from both items benefiting SaveTheBrave.org, our veteran nonprofit organization.
